They kept charging and adding more charges as they kept braiding. My braids were only supposed to cost 120.. by the end of the appointment, it went up to 185. Plus, the workers are rude and talk bad about you. Including, I came in to get my hair done at 2pm.. I left the braiding shop close to midnight. Nevertheless, the hair came out really cute. Though the customer service was horrible. Do not recommend.

My first experience was terrible and it would be my last experience. I booked this appointment at 9 AM. I showed up a few minutes early just because that's the type of person I am. Once it hit about 9:11 AM almost 9:15 AM, I texted the number where I booked my appointment.I let them know that there was nobody at the shopz I just wanted to check in on my appointment. They responded and told me that 2 people are on the way. My immediate response was well how far are they because I'm not understanding how I have an appointment confirmed for 9 AM and there's nobody at the shop to start my hair. I never get a response so I end up leaving around 9:27am because it's almost 9:30 AM at that point. I let her know that I'm leaving and her response was she can't get a hold of anyone. I just wanna know how I have a confirmed appointment time when there was nobody here? And why did you not have this confirmed before I woke up at the crack of dawn To prepare for this appointment and drove across town to be here? So I decided to come back I wanted the same person they told me she was there when I got there she was no where to be found. So the appt lady knew that but still wanted my money.Second experience 5/10 uneven braids, uneven parts, some braids were bigger then others due to 2 people working on my head. After braiding they didn’t try to fix are cut the loose hairs and make them look neat. Just awful and I drove 1 hour 20 mins and I am a tipper unfortunately I will not be back.
